The Shah Rukh Khan name, explained
The Shahrukhz brand is a naming collaboration between Danube Properties and Shah Rukh Khan, first announced at a Mumbai gala. It is the first time a Dubai tower carries a film actor's name.
Shah Rukh Khan does not own this project and holds no financial stake. Danube Properties develops and owns it. The name is a branding collaboration for prestige. It is not an endorsement of returns, and it is not ownership of any unit.
